Facebook Insults, Arrest Warrant: Palos Hills Blotter

A round up of Palos Hills reports.

Fugitive

Police located a fugitive wanted out of Indiana on an outstanding warrant while investigating a domestic disturbance, reports said. Around 2:30 a.m. April 20, officers went to an address in the 8400 block of 191st Terrace. A background check revealed that Joshua Arndt, 26, of Oak Lawn, was wanted for a DUI in Crown Point, IN. Arndt was scheduled for extradition to Lake County, IN for a bond hearing.

Yo Mama

Police went to the 10300 block of Kathy Court to investigate a juvenile problem around 9 p.m. April 21. The juveniles were apparently sending comments through Facebook about each other’s families. Officers learned it was an ongoing issue. The families agreed to work it out between the kids.

These incidents were listed among the official reports of the Palos Hills Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can determine whether an offender is guilty or not guilty of the offense with which he or she has been charged.
