Four-Vehicle Accident on La Grange Road

Four vehicles were involved in a crash Friday evening shortly after 6 p.m. when a northbound vehicle on La Grange Road attempted a u-turn in the 124000 block of South La Grange and was struck by oncoming traffic. Four people were taken to local hospitals, two to Palos Hospital and two to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to Palos fire officials on scene. One person was reported dead as a result of the accident.
