Free Paper Shredding Offered Friday At Palos Heights Recreation Center

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — Sen. Bill Cunningham (18th District) and Rep. Mary Gill (35th District) are offering free paper shredding Friday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Palos Recreation Center, 6601 W. 127th St.

Help protect yourself from identity theft and bring documents that contain sensitive information to shred, such as credit card applications, canceled checks, bank statements, tax returns and more. R4 Services will be on hand to shred documents on site and in front of you.

There is a two box or bag limit. Please remove binder clips, rubber bands, and plastics as they will damage the shredder.
