PALOS PARK, IL — Get your steps in this Saturday, June 15, by joining Mayor Nicole Milovich-Walters for a 60-minute walk through Swallow Cliff Woods.

Meet the mayor at 11 a.m. at Swallow Cliff Woods South Forest Preserve South, S. LaGrange Road south of 119th Street. Wander through the trails of the Sag Valley Trail System. Immerse yourself in the woodlands, marshes and Sedge Meadow where you are bound to see wild birds and probably a few cicadas.

No registration required. Just show up and wear comfortable shoes. You might want to bring water too.
