Gregory Kogut, 71

PALOS PARK, IL — Gregory Kogut, of Palos Park, died suddenly on Aug. 16. The cause of death was vascular dementia. He was 71.

Greg was born on July 9, 1949 to the late Ted and Adele Kogut. He was the beloved husband of Mickey Kogut for 37 years, and a loving father to Morgan Kogut and Ashton Crothers (Charlie and Charlie Jr.).

He was the beloved brother of Claudia, Brian, Kevin (Bernice), Ken (Jane), Carl (Tracy) and uncle of many nephews and nieces. Greg led a great life, nothing ever stopped him from doing thee things he loved. He was a good friend to many.

A celebration of Greg’s life will be held at a later date.
