Hilarious 'Ad-RAP-Ta-Tion' On Tap In 'Bomb-Itty Of Errors'

PALOS HILLS, IL — Bring chairs, blankets and refreshments (but no alcohol) to Moraine Valley Community College’s Shakespeare Under the Stars performances featuring the “The Bomb-itty of Errors,” July 22 to July 24. Shows start at 7:30 p.m. on the college’s main campus. Performances are FREE.
“The Bomb-itty of Errors” is an award-winning “ad-rap-tation,” hip-hop retelling of William Shakespeare’s “The Comedy of Errors” and features a local cast.
The 90-minute show is part play, part rap concert with several pop-culture references. Each of the seven actors play multiple roles and genders. The cast includes six students and one Moraine Valley staff member: Tommy Glodo, of Oak Lawn; Joe Gomez, of Palos Heights; staff member Angelo Greene, of Blue Island; Samm Hilger, of Burbank; Jalin Hooper, of Chicago; Tina Imanlihen, of Tinley Park; and Ashanti Norals, of Chicago. After each show, the cast and director will discuss the play with the audience.

Cage Sebastian Pierre is directing this play. He is a Chicago stage and TV actor and choreographer, who has worked with the Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
Performance take place on the Gateway, which is west of the Fine and Performing Arts Center, on Moraine Valley’s main campus, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills.
