
The holidays are fast-approaching and a great way to celebrate is by enjoying some excellent fruit and chocolate desserts with your family and friends! Chef Maddox will prepare three great recipes including toasted almond and lavender shortcakes with fall-inspired compote, dark bittersweet chocolate bread pudding with salted caramel sauce, and weekend citrus apricot gateau. Learn the recipes but also some new methods and techniques in making these sweet treats. Monday, November 9 from 6:30–8:00pm. Registration is required and limited to 75.
