Library cards are available free of charge to persons of any age who reside within the boundaries of the Green Hills Public Library District. If you are a resident of this Library District, two forms of identification are necessary to get a library card including one photo I.D. Both forms of identification must show proof of residency. Patrons under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the application form.
