ID Theft Victim ‘Never Went To Sanford Brown University:' Palos Hills Police

PALOS HILLS, IL — A Palos Hills resident complained that someone stole their identity and used it to pay off their student loans, reports said.

Palos Hills officers went to the 10600 block of 81st Court for a report of an identity theft on Jan. 27. The resident said they received a notification that they were past due on their student loan payments.

The resident explained that they already paid off their student loans and “never attended Sanford Brown University.”
