Ishnala of Palos Heights Named One of Chicago's Top 5 Neighborhoods

If you live in the Ishnala neighborhood, you sure know to pick ’em.

The Palos Heights neighborhood was just named one of Chicago’s five hottest of 2015. Coming in at number 5, it joins the likes of Andersonville, Garfield Ridge, Brighton Park, and the Lakeshore Historic District on Redfin’s latest rankings.

Redfin determined its results by tracking page views, favorites and Hot Homes on its website and apps through 2014. The neighborhoods that saw the most growth in those metrics are on track for more transactions and increased sale prices in 2015.
