Age 80, long time resident of Palos Heights passed away peacefully on December 24th, 2018 surrounded by love and family. Karl was a salesman at heart dedicating over 30 years to Sears, Roebuck and Company and a jokester by trade. His laughter filled a room, his kindness filled the hearts of those lucky enough to be called friends and his love for his family was so beautifully and visibly at the center of his life. Karl is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Colleen (née Conway), his four sons; Karl Jr. (Molly), Kenneth (Judy), Stephen (Mary) & Patrick (Tricia) and his beloved grandchildren; Alena (Tom), Crystal, Karl III, Jake (Caroline), Stephanie, Brittany, Sydney, Jackson and Genevieve as well as his great grandchildren; Makayla and Camryn and many, many friends. "Go fish that gorgeous lake on your favorite Lucky Break with your friends who went before you Dad, the sidelines of the game will be heartbreakingly empty without you there, we sure will miss you." Visitation Thursday, December 27th from 4 until 9 p.m. Chapel prayers Friday, December 28th, 9:00 a.m. at the Kerry Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center,7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Incarnation Church, 5757 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights, Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment will be private.
