LEGO Camps: Minecraft Makerbot (Starts June 10, Register now)

Minecraft Makerbot: Envision yourself in the world of Minecraft. Destroy, create, mine for gold, and gaze at the fantastic structures others have built - but make sure you take shelter before nighttime when zombies, skeletons, and the dreaded Creaper come out to play. In this course, you will work with a partner to build and program a LEGO robot to solve Minecraft-inspired challenges. Be sure to bring your imagination! Students will work in pairs, so sign up with a friend for twice the fun! Ages 9-14.

Children are born explorers. Their natural curiosity and ingenuity help them envision possibilities and develop innovative solutions to difficult technology problems. eFun STEM Academy will challenge your student with authentic, hands-on explorations. The point of eFun STEM Academy is to excite all students about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Prepare to be amazed at what your child can achieve - after all, Edison, Einstein, and Newton were once children!

No prior LEGO experience or course materials required. Students will be taught everything they need to know during class. Each course features a different collection of challenges. Students who take more than one course will be encouraged to use progressively more advanced techniques in their approaches to solving the challenges.
