Lockport Man Charged With Misdemeanor Criminal Sexual Abuse In Palos Hills
The incident took place in December near 102nd Street and 80th Court, Palos Hills police said.
PALOS HILLS, IL—A 19-year-old Lockport man was taken into custody last Friday by Palos Hills police, reports said.
Payton R. Larkins was charged with misdemeanor aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Police said it was an incident that took place in December 2025. The assault is reported to have taken place in the 10200 block of 80th Court.
