An amazing wife, mom, and nana, passed away on May 24, 2022 at the age of 83, following a heroic battle with cancer. Loretta was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
Loretta's light shined bright, but never brighter than when surrounded by her family. The warmth of her presence was fueled by limitless generosity and support. From soccer games and band concerts to graduations and swearing in ceremonies, Loretta was always in the front row, smiling and cheering the loudest. She always knew what to say and jumped at every opportunity to help others, without ever being asked.
Loretta is preceded in death by her son Rick and grandson George. Loretta is survived by her husband, Gerald; her children Karen (Nick), Larry, Jim (Jennifer), and Mary; her grandchildren Sarah, Nicholas (Karoline), Matthew, Stephanie, Michael, Amanda, and Max; and three Boston Terriers that loved her dearly, Butch, Bruiser, and Brady.

Visitation Thursday, May 26th from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a chapel service at 7 p.m. at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W 127th Street, Palos Heights, IL.
Interment will be private.
