Chicago man faces criminal damage charges after breaking mini mart door during an argument with a woman, Palos Hills police said.
PALOS HILLS, IL — A Chicago man was arrested after he broke the door at a Palos Hills gas station when he got into a dispute with a woman, reports said. Myron Davis, 25, was charged with criminal damage to property.
Around 5 a.m. April 28, Palos Hills police went to the Shell gas station, 103rd Street and Harlem Avenue. The clerk told police that a man, later identified as Davis, were arguing inside the mini-mart. The two were knocking items over and the man chased the woman behind the counter, reports said. Davis ran out of the store and the clerk locked the door behind him, when police said he broke the door trying to get back inside the store.
Davis is due in court June 4 in Bridgeview.
