Marist Community Rallies Around Family of Husband, Father of Three

Members of the Marist community have started an online fundraiser, to assist a family who lost a father and husband recently.

Tim Hughes, a member of the football coaching staff and class of ‘97, died suddenly Jan. 5. He is survived by wife Amy, and children Sarah, Tommy and Joey. The Hughes Children’s Fund has been established in memory of Hughes, and to ease the financial hardships that face the family in the near and long terms.

In just three days, nearly $35,345 of the target $50,000 has been raised.
