Municipal And Government Job Fair Planned Thursday At Moraine Valley

PALOS HILLS, IL — If you aspire to a career in public services, Moraine Valley Career Connections is hosting a municipal and government hiring event this Thursday, April 25. The job fair runs from 9 a.m. to noon in Building M at Moraine Valley Community College, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills. The Illinois Department of Employment Security is partnering in the event.

Bring a minimum of 20 resumes. Wear business attire and be prepared for on-site interviews. Salaried and hourly positions are available, including:

• Emergency response work (patrol officers, lockup, desk clerks, community service, dispatcher, firefighter, paramedics;
• Public works (water, streets, lab techs, maintenance)
• Office/administration (internships, city engineers, buildings attendant, accounting)
