Seminar features expert speakers, information and resources for families with children with autism and other special needs, Nov. 11.

PALOS HILLS, IL -- Expert speakers and more than 35 vendors with tables displaying products and services will be at Family Time Magazine's 2017 Autism and Special Needs Seminar on Saturday Nov. 11. The conference will be held in Building M on Moraine Valley Community College’s Palos Hills campus from 9 to 5 p.m. Parents will gain valuable insights and answers to raising and helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Speakers and exhibitors will offer unique resources and information to families with children and loved ones with autism and other developmental disabilities. The Autism and Special Needs Seminar was founded in 2009 by Family Time Magazine publisher Caroline O’Connell, who saw a need in a community.

"Anyone with a child or family member with autism or other developmental disabilities will want to make sure they attend this year's seminar," O'Connell said.
