PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month that recognizes the importance of families and communities working together to strengthen families to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Jax is proudly promoting Child Abuse Prevention by wearing blue. Jax’s owner, Monica, is a forensic interviewer who interviews children that have been sexually and physically abused for a local children’s advocacy center.

Monica and Jax would like to remind everyone to report child abuse to your local law enforcement agency and/or DCFS at (800) 252-2873.
