The Palos Heights Public Library community Wednesday announced the death of its interim director Mary L. Johnson.Johnson died at her home Tuesday, June 16, after a brief illness. "We will miss Mary's gentleness, warm smile and her wealth of knowledge," staff wrote on the library's <a href="https://www.facebook.com/PalosHeightsLibrary?fref=ts" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Facebook page</a>. "Mary made a difference not only in our PHPL family, but in the community of Palos Heights."More information will be provided as it becomes available.
