Palos Heights School District 128 Preschool Screening

Palos Heights School District 128 will be conducting a screening for all children residing within district boundaries who are three (3) to five (5) years of age. The screening process will begin with a phone interview with a parent/provider. If an in person screening is deemed necessary, appointments will be scheduled for Feb.1st.

Areas of development assessed include speech and language, gross motor skills, and concepts. A vision and hearing screening will also be conducted if possible.
Children will be screened by a diagnostic team of district personnel under the direction of District 128 Administration.
