Palos Park Jewelry Store Hit In Smash And Grab: Police
A man in a Dodge Charger was caught on security cameras smashing the window of Cornerstone Jewelry and taking costume jewelry, police said.

When Palos Park officers arrived at Cornerstone Jewelry, 129th Street and Route 45, they found the front window and display case shattered. Surveillance video showed a younger male drive up in a burnt orange Dodge Charger, get out and smash the front display window with a tool, police said.
The young man grabbed various items in the display case, police said. The burnt orange Charger was gone by the time officers arrived. Police said the Charger was spotted in the area before the break-in.
