Palos Park Kicks Off Holidays With Tree Lighting, Market, Jamboree

PALOS PARK, IL — The Village of Palos Park will usher in the holiday season with a tree lighting party, Jolly Jamboree and holiday market Thursday, Nov. 30. The holiday celebration runs from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Palos Rec Center, 8901 W. 123rd St.

Here is what you need to know:

5 p.m. – Preview the Holiday Market and sip some hot drinks
5:30 p.m. – Tree Lighting with the Mayor & Santa Claus
5:45 p.m. – Jolly Jamboree & Holiday Market

Jolly Jamboree will be full of games and activities for the kids, pictures with Santa and hot chocolate, all culminating with a holiday dance party and a special visitor,

Holiday Market will feature many vendors to kick off the holiday gift buying, light food, adult beverages and holiday music.
