Palos Park Woman’s Club Goes Pink For Breast Cancer At Lake Katherine

Get physical Oct. 12, and enjoy five workouts led by local fitness clubs. All proceeds will go toward Rush Chicago breast cancer research.

PALOS, IL — Go pink with the Palos Park Woman’s Club this Saturday, Oct. 12, for a morning of sweating and stretching for breast cancer research. The workout event starts at 8 a.m. against the beautiful fall backdrop of the Lake Katherine Nature Center, 7402 W. Lake Katherine Drive, Palos Heights.

Participants will sample five 25-minute outdoor workouts hosted by various fitness centers and clubs, including Palos Heights fitness clubs Heights Cycle (cycle) and Chulo Fitness (strength); Do Good Movement (yoga), of DuPage County; Clearly Reformer Pilates (mat pilates), of Orland Park; followed by a Run To The Pub (or Walk).

This circuit-style workout will leave you feeling stronger, stretched and sweaty. An event package and swag (while supplies last) with your $65 registration fee. Register online here or QR code below.
