PALOS, IL — Schools, businesses and institutions are making plans to remain closed a second day, Thursday, Feb. 3, due to the major snow storm. Midlothian won the area snow lotto with 10.8 inches.

Following are closings for Palos and the surrounding area. Check back for updates. Listings will indicate if students will be having e-learning or a day of cavorting in the snow.
