PLOWS Council On Aging Forming Caregivers Support Group

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL -- Caregiving for a loved one can be challenging and isolating. Talking with other caregivers and learning how they cope with similar situations can be emotionally healing. Family members and friends caring for a loved one 60 years of age and older are invited to join this supportive, informative group facilitated by PLOWS Council on Aging professionals.

This six-week group provides education, emotional support, and social interaction in a safe, supportive environment. Dates, time and location to be determined.
