Rap With Palos Park Police Wednesday At 'Coffee With A Cop'

PALOS PARK, IL — It’s coffee time with Palos Park police officers at the next Coffee With A Cop at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6. Stop by Plush Horse, located on the corner of South 86th Avenue and 123rd St., for a rap session with the police.

Discuss public safety concerns with police officers. Palos Park police will pick up the tab for coffee.

“We work for the public and want to build on that level of trust that we hope is formed by connecting, one cop and one cup at a time,” Commissioner Dan Polk said. “We are always happy to meet with the people he serves, by engaging with the community to make sure we’re open, and we listen and take feedback to heart.”
