Residents Invited To Palos Park Police 'Coffee With A Cop'

PALOS PARK, IL — Join Palos Park police for a cup of joe at “Coffee With A Cop” at the Plush Horse, 12301 S. 86th Avenue. The rap session will take place from 11 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, Aug. 18.

“Events from the past several years highlight the need for communication, respect and transparency,” said Chief Joe Miller, of the Palos Park Police Department. “We work for the public and want to build on that level of trust that we hope is formed by connecting, one cop and one cup, at a time.”

Bring your public safety concerns and stop by for a cup of coffee and chat with local officers, even if it’s just about the weather. Have some ice cream for breakfast, or lunch.
