Ridgeland Closed In Palos Heights Due To Crash With Ejection
Palos Heights police have closed Ridgeland's southbound lane indefinitly Tuesday afternoon between 119th (Route 83) and 125th Streets.
PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — Ridgeland Avenue will be closed indefinitely due to a single-vehicle traffic crash Tuesday afternoon with an ejection in Palos Heights.
The closure affects the southbound lane of Ridgeland Avenue from 119th Street/Route 83 though 125th Street.
Palos Heights police said that a single occupant was ejected from the car after it struck and sheared a utility pole. ComEd is currently on the scene repairing downed wires.
