Marist High School Featured In ABC 7's Friday Flyover

CHICAGO, IL -- Look up at the sky at 6 a.m. Oct. 12 when the ABC 7 Chicago Morning News chopper will be flying over Marist High School for its popular Friday Flyover segment. Marist students will showcase their best formations and get the chance to meet ABC 7’s meteorologist Tracy Butler. Friday Flyover celebrates high school sports.

The RedHawks will be showing off their school spirit for the 6:00 a.m. morning newscast as they prepare for their home game against Marian Central Catholic High School. Maybe the chopper will catch some of those eighth-grade shadow day students.

From September 7 through October 19 various Chicago area high schools will be competing on ABC 7’s Morning News to see which school has the best school spirit. Details on voting for your favorite school spirit team will be available on ABC 7 Chicago in October.
