Timely and Meaningful Consultation for parents and administrators of private and home schooled children with disabilities in District 128
Public Notice (required by Illinois State Board of Education)
In accordance with the requirements of Section 612(a) (10) of the Federal
Individuals with Disabilities Improvement Act of 2004 ("IDEA 2004"), the Palos
Heights School District 128 will conduct a Timely and Meaningful Consultation on
Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 9:00 AM via teleconference. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how students with disabilities who attend private schools or are home schooled within the district boundaries, will be served by District 128 during the 2020-2021 school year.
