Effects of budget impasse locally and state as a whole will be discussed at town hall meeting April 18 in Orland Park Civic Center.

State Sen. Bill Cunningham (18th District) invites residents to a legislative town hall meeting in Orland Park this Tuesday, April 18, runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The town hall will be held at Orland Park Civic Center, 14750 S. Ravinia Ave. Orland Park. The discussion will revolve around the effects of the budget impasse in the Illinois Senate 18th District and the state as a whole.

The 18th Legislative District includes sections of Orland, Worth, and Palos Townships in the Southwest Cook County suburbs and the neighborhoods of Mount Greenwood, Beverly, Morgan Park and Auburn-Gresham in Chicago.
