The visitation and service for a young mother who was shot while running a banking errand will take place Saturday, Nov. 11, in Oak Lawn.

WORTH, IL — A shattered family is facing the sad task of burying a young mother who was shot to death Saturday while running a routine banking errand in the middle of the afternoon.
Services for Jonnie Angel Klein, 31, are set for Saturday, Nov. 11 at Thompson Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn. Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m., with a funeral service starting at 7 p.m.
Klein was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and special friend to many. A single mom, she leaves a 14-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. She was a loving caregiver to her mother and close confidante of her brother, Derek, and sister-in-law, Bridgette, as well as a favorite aunt of their four kids. She worked hard and kept her coworkers laughing.
