Sleeping Man Found Behind Wheel In Running Car: Report
The Summit man charged with illegal parking in the roadway.
PALOS HILLS, IL — A Summit man was charged with driving while license suspended and illegal parking on the roadway, reports said.
Around 2:30 a.m., Palos Hills officers noticed a man, later identified as 37-year-old Andrzej Kiji, sleeping behind the wheel while the vehicle was running.
Kiji is due in court Sept. 8 in Bridgeview.
