Mrs. Renee Bartley-Bogard’s and Mrs. Kim Bennett’s Seventh Graders have been involved in a Trout Release Project all year. At the start of the school year, the class sets up the fish tanks for the trout eggs. They document the growth and development throughout the year as the eggs mature into small trout. A great ending to the project is an Illinois Conservation Field Trip to the release the fish into nearby streams and rivers and restock our waters.
