PALOS HILLS, IL — Take a Haunted Hayride this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 28 and Oct. 29, at Bennett Park, 10810 S. Roberts Road, Palos Hills. The main haunted hayride will take from 7 to 9 p.m., along with a not-so-scary, kid-friendly hayride for younger children and parents from 6 to 6:30 p.m. – both evenings.

Tickets are $5 for anyone 11 and older, and $3 for children 10 and younger, and be pre-purchased at the Palos Hills Community Center at 8455 W. 103rd St. Tickets will also be available at the event for cash only.

Chrome Salon will be handling the makeup for the volunteer scare actors from Stagg, Shepard and local Girl Scouts. The hay wagon will be winding through the wooded area of the park and through the public works building.

The rides include fog and strobe lights on the trail. There is no alcohol in the park. Riders must remain in the wagon. Concessions will be sold during the festivities.
