CASI cooks come together to compete for prizes and points that will take them to their national competition. Local cooks are encouraged to participate. There is also a $100 People’s Choice Competition which will be judged by festival participants. Prizes and trophies will be presented to the People’s Choice winner and the CASI top three winners.
