Traffic Stop Of Suburban Rockford Man Nets Weapon, Flasher Light: Cops

PALOS HILLS, IL — A suburban Rockford man was arrested after a traffic stop for having an illegal police oscillating light and a weapon April 21, reports said.

Layth M. Al-Ali, 40, of Machesney Park, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of an oscillating flashing light.

Palos Hills police stopped Al-Ali in the 7200 block of 103rd Street.
