Unruly Man Bites Cop, Draws Blood: Police
The man was intoxicated and was being escorted out of a neighbor's house when he started fighting officers, police said.
PALOS HILLS, IL — An intoxicated man bit a Palos Hills police officer drawing blood early Sunday morning, police said. Gibreal Mhudi, 26, was charged with battery to a police officer.
Around 2 a.m. May 3, officers went to Paxos Drive for a report of a dispute between neighbors. The neighbor told police that Mhudi invited himself into his residence and the two began drinking together, according to police reports.
The two got into an argument when police said Mhudi began hitting the neighbor. Mhudi continued hitting the neighbor until other neighbors and separated the two, reports said.

Police said the neighbor did not wish to sign a criminal complaint against Mhudi. Police said Mhudi was intoxicated and needed help walking outside where he could be treated by paramedics. As officers were escorting him outside, police said he punched, kicked and bit an officer until he drew blood.
Mhudi is due in court June 4 in Bridgeview.
