Veterans Honored At Veterans Day Ceremonies In Palos
Palos Park, Palos Heights and Palos Hills will hold Veterans Day ceremonies in their respective communities Nov. 9 and Nov. 11.
PALOS, IL —The communities of Palos Hills, Palos Heights and Park Park are will hold Veterans Day ceremonies this Saturday, Nov. 9, and on Monday, Nov. 11.
Palos Hills
Starting at 11 a.m., Palos Hills will honor veterans inside the Palos Hills Community Center, 7607 W. College Drive.
Palos Heights
Veterans and community members are invited to a ceremony starting at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11 at Memorial Park, 7607 W. College Drive, Palos Heights.

Immediately following the ceremony, head over to the Palos Heights Public Library, 12501 S. 71st Ave., for a reception immediately Veterans following the ceremony, starting at noon. Light refreshments will be served.
Palos Park
Veterans will be honored at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11, at the Palos Park Recreation Center, 8901 W. 123rd St. The ceremony will include remarks from elected officials, songs and spoken word. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
