Video: Shepard senior Caleb Washington named Comcast Athlete of the Week
CSN Chicago to feature West Point signee Friday at 11 p.m.
On Friday, February 17 at 11 p.m., Comcast SportsNet Chicago will feature Shepard High School senior Caleb Washington as the Wintrust Bank Athlete of the Week. It's well-earned.
Caleb earned All-State honors in cross country last fall and currently trains for the track season -- he's also President of National Honor Society.
Later this year, he will begin his four years at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he will
compete for the Army cross country team.

Comcast came to Shepard twice recently for the profile. We recorded the portion where a Wintrust representative presents the award to Caleb with many of his teammates celebrating the honor:
