Woman Shot In Foot During Altercation: Palos Hills Police
Palos Hills officers said the woman involved herself in an altercation between two men in a parking lot.
PALOS HILLS, IL — Palos Hills police are investigating a shooting that happened Aug. 29, reports said. No one has been charged.
Around 7 p.m., officers went to the 10300 block of Harlem Avenue for a reported shooting. A woman suffered a graze wound to her foot. The North Palos Fire Protection District transported the woman to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the shooting took place in a parking lot where two men were arguing, and the woman involved herself. This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community.
