Youth Volunteers Needed For Palos Hills Friendship Fest Set-Up

PALOS HILLS, IL -- If you’re looking for service hours for high school or confirmation, the City of Palos Hills is looking for volunteers to help set up for Friendship Fest. Volunteers must be 13 or older. Some of the jobs involve setting up chairs and tables. Volunteers will need to have a permission form signed by their parents, which can be picked up at the Palos Hills Community Center,

Volunteers will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11 on the fest grounds at 107th and 88th Avenue. For more information, call the Palos Hills Community Center at 708-430-4500.

Palos Hills Friendship Fest takes place July 12 through July 15, featuring big rides, music, food court, music, games and more. Fireworks shoot off the last day of the fest at dusk.
