2014 US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign

2014 US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign

State Rep. John D’Amico is teaming up with the 2nd Battalion of the 24th Marines Regiment in Chicago and the Chicago North Side/Evanston Families Safety Net to collect new, unwrapped toys for the 2014 US Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

The goal of the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots program is to deliver, through a toy at Christmas, the joy of the holidays and a message of hope to economically disadvantaged children in our communities. The Marines deliver the toys to children through organizations that serve families and orphaned children in troubled situations and environments while providing passive mentoring.

If you are interested in donating a new, unwrapped toy to the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots program, please stop by the public service office of State Rep. John D’Amico located at 4404 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago, IL 60630. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM. The donation box is prominently displayed in the front of the office. Donations will be accepted until Friday, December 19, 2014.
