The St. Paul of the Cross Sixth Annual Celebrating the Spirit fundraiser, which took place at the Park Ridge Country Club on March 7th, was the place to be for over 350 partygoers. The evening was a tremendous success, raising in excess of $70,000 for the school. Co-Chairs Bridget Snyders and Bridget Zocher worked for months with their dynamic committee to bring the entire school community together. This year along with the traditional sign-up parties, student art, and a small silent auction, attendees played casino games late into the night. A fantastic evening had by all! Principal Mrs. Lorelei Bobroff explained, “This was definitely a unified effort by talented parent volunteers who coordinated with the administration, the teachers, the students, and the parent body at large. Everyone was involved with Celebrating the Spirit in one way or another.” This year’s proceeds will go directly to fund phase two of the technology initiatives, helping educate and train students and faculty for the future plan of putting devices into the hands of the students.
