Skokie man's SUV stolen at gunpoint from grocery store parking lot.

PARK RIDGE, IL —Armed robbers stole a Skokie man’s SUV in the parking lot of the Park Ridge Mariano's Monday evening, police said.
A 31-year-old Skokie man and a 23-year-old De Kalb woman were loading groceries in the parking lot of the grocery store's 1900 S. Cumberland Ave. location around 8:45 p.m. when the two robbers approached, both with their faces covered, according to Park Ridge Deputy Police Chief Lou Jogmen.
At gunpoint, one of the carjackers took the keys to the man's white 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee before both robbers got into the SUV and fled south on Cumberland.
