We strongly encourage our residents to visit our website to pay bills and apply for permits. To that end, the City has developed a booklet that describes the Safe, Safer and Safest ways to access City Services.

We also understand that some residents may need to come to City Hall. Please wear a mask and maintain a distance of six-feet from other individuals. To achieve this, visitors may need to wait before proceeding into the building. Each visitor must enter and exit through the rear entrance. Your will be greeted at a check-in desk before proceeding into the building. The front entrance will not be accessible.
