Allen, the Recycling and Education Director for the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC), and co-author of the "RECYCLING WORKS A Toolkit for Reducing Waste in the Workplace", provides her expertise to area businesses about a way to identify resources for recovery instead of managing waste, as well as the environmental and sometimes economic benefits resulting from renewed measures.
