Lutheran General Doctors Make Chicago Magazine's Top Doctors List
Fifteen physicians from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital were named to Chicago Magazine's 2018 Top Doctors List.
PARK RIDGE, IL - Fifteen doctors at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge were named to the 2018 edition of Chicago Magazine's Top Doctors list. Honorees were nominated by physicians nationwide who were asked to consider such factors as clinical excellence, bedside manner, education and board certification. The list appears in the January 2018 issue of Chicago Magazine.
The list recognizes exceptional physicians across Chicagoland who were nominated by their peers considering factors such as clinical excellence, bedside manner, education and board certification, according to the hospital. The magazine partners with Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a New York City-based health care research company, to survey, screen and select the list of outstanding physicians in Chicago’s six-county area.
“We are incredibly proud to have so many physicians featured in this year’s Chicago Magazine Top Doctors issue,” said Dominica Tallarico, president of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. “This honor recognizes our dedicated physicians continued commitment to excellence in patient safety, health outcomes and the well-being of the communities we are proud to serve. - Dr. Greg Kirschner, Family Medicine
- Dr. William Rhoades, Geriatric Medicine
- Dr. Gerald Lewis, Internal Medicine
- Dr. Lexi Wistenberg, Internal Medicine
- Dr. Robert Zimmanck, Internal Medicine
- Dr. Gordon Gluckman, Urology
- Dr. John Ruge, Neurologic Surgery
- Dr. Wayne Goldstein, Orthopedic Surgery
- Dr. Jaroslav Leszczak, Internal Medicine
In all, 80 doctors from Advocate hospitals were named to the list.
