Meet Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce member, Attorney Frank Ponticelli!

Ponticelli & Vito, located in Park Ridge, Illinois has been serving the Chicagoland area since 1985. The law firm tends to the specific needs of each of it's clients with an emphasis on labor and employment law, real estate, and business/corporation law.

Frank Ponticelli joined the firm in 2004, and has since enjoyed working with both his father and Jim Vito who have been wonderful mentors and contributors to his personal and professional growth. He has acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of employment and labor law; representing clients in collective bargaining negotiations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, pay/overtime related issues, real estate matters, and other general law cases. He also has excellent knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, estate planning, and general litigation.

“Our approach is always to be straight forward with our clients, provide prompt responses to them, and keep them informed on any matters we may be working on with them. We believe in taking a proactive and interactive approach with our clients. Our biggest goal is to explain complex matters in an understandable fashion,” said Ponticelli.

Ponticelli has been an active participant on the executive board of the Chicago Regional Alumni Council for Valparaiso University School of Law and as a Hearing Board Member for matters in front of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission since 2014. Additionally, he served as general counsel for the Association of Women in the Metal Industry (AWMI) from 2005 until 2014.

One of Frank’s favorite Park Ridge Chamber activities is PREN 1. “Since joining the Chamber approximately 3 year ago, I have formulated some wonderful friendships and business power partners. I enjoy the PREN 1 meetings because they really enable the members to get to know everyone's business in an in-depth way and it fosters good friendships and working relationships as well as business referrals . Since joining, I have taken an active role in helping to run the group with a number of other individuals who are devoted to the strength of the group,” Ponticelli said.
